More about the Reverse Trade Fair!

    

A Reverse Trade Fair (RTF) is an event that allows suppliers, contractors, and consultants the opportunity to meet with procurement professionals from around the state at one time. MPPOA members, procurement professionals from publicly funded agencies, staff the tables and vendors roam the floor to meet with entities; it's a win-win event for everyone involved.

Registration for MPPOA members is free.  However, vendor registration beginning March 3, 2026, is $250.00. 
 
Registration closes April 15, 2026. Registration includes free  parking and lunch (for Vendors and MPPOA members).   

All persons (members and vendors) must register to attend the event

A booth or table is not required to attend the event and network with MPPOA members!   However, vendors can purchase a booth or table to display their information and join us on the trade fair floor!  (Table sponsorship information)


Hotel Accommodations
Hyatt Place at Vibe Credit Union Showplace
There is a limited amount of government rate rooms available then the group rate of $159.00 will apply.  All interested parties should register  as soon as possible.
