MPPOA EVENTS and SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Each year MPPOA holds two events, the Reverse Trade Fair and the Annual Fall Conference.

The Reverse Trade Fair is traditionally held in the spring and offers a "speed dating" type setting where vendors can meet and interact with procurement professionals and a lunch networking opportunity. 

There is an admission fee for vendors to attend, however, admission is complimentary for vendors who become sponsors. We have exciting new sponsorships available this year!

The Annual Fall Conference is, as the title suggests, held in the fall as a professional development and networking opportunity for MPPOA members. Traditionally there has been no vender interaction at this event, however, since the Covid pandemic, MPPOA has begun offering sponsorships where some sponsors can attend the Thursday Evening Awards Reception and Dinner. This year we are adding a "mini" Trade Fair on Friday morning which will be restricted to those vendors who sponsored a meal event.

REVERSE TRADE FAIR -VENDOR DISPLAY TABLE/PARTICIPATION PACKAGE

• Participant will be provided a 6-foot table with 2 chairs to set up a display.

  Participant will have access to setup display table will began at 9:00 a.m. and is   available until the trade fair closes.
